Nice little spot for tapas and wine!! I absolutely have loved both of my experiences so far. The service has always been excellent. My favorite plates were the Gambas, papas bravas, peppers and the cauliflower gratin was amazing!! Definitely recommend for a date night!

A hidden gem! I didn’t expect to find such a beautiful and delicious tapas place in Fresno. The environment was fun, urban and great for all ages from young 20s to those in their 60s and up. Mochuelo—Spanish for “little owl”—offers a California-inspired take on traditional tapas. Pair our shareable plates with hand-crafted cocktails or locally brewed beers, and settle in for a memorable evening.

Upcoming Events

Event flyer for The Kindled Collective Hat Burning Workshop taking place Tuesday, July 21st at 6 PM at Mochuelo inside Hotel Piccadilly, 2305 W Shaw Ave, Fresno, CA. The workshop costs $65 per person and includes a hat, ribbons, feathers, florals, a patch or pin, and a playing card. The image features a decorated western-style hat and includes a QR code for registration, with a note that food and drinks are available for purchase and seating is limited.
